Senior Change Practice Manager (Cybersecurity)

We have an exciting career enhancing opportunity for an accomplished senior cybersecurity change manager to join a global leader on a high-profile transformation. 

This highly visible role requires a dynamic individual with previous experience in establishing and leading a change management practice across large-scale cybersecurity transformations, ideally for global enterprise organisations.  Partnering with senior leadership you will leverage your experience in building high-performing teams and ensuring best practice change management standards, methodologies and frameworks are embedded to provide strong governance across cybersecurity projects and programs. 

Providing thought change leadership and direction you will empower a team of experienced change managers to help build a culture of innovation, adaptability and a lasting cybersecurity transformation.

To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Track record in leading and mentoring teams of experienced change managers to effectively drive significant change across complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects and programs across multiple stakeholder groups in large-scale environments
• Experience in leveraging best practice change management standards, framework and methodologies to establish the change management practice structure
• Advanced experience in the development of bespoke change management, communication, training strategies, plans, tools and technologies 
• Certifications in Prosci, Prince 2 and strong knowledge of change management frameworks including ADKAR
• Experience in developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders including C-level executives
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills 
• Proven track record in managing and mitigating project risks, ensuring project deadlines are met
