• Full Time | $82k/pa approx.
• 4 on / 4 off roster | Work-life balance
• Sign on bonus of $1000 and Retention bonus of $750 (based on return of service)

About the Role

MSS Security is looking for Security Officers in Mount Isa to provide a security presence - access control, mobile/foot patrols and respond to emergencies at our client site. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. This role is a 4 on 4 off rotational roster with 12 hour shifts. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Site access control and traffic management 
• Conduct mobile/foot patrols and vehicle/bag security inspections
• Perform drug and alcohol testing
• Organise security passes, issue/sign keys in & out and lock/unlock buildings
• Provide customer service, monitor radio communications, and driver behaviours
• Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports.

Skills & Experience

• Full Australian Working rights
• QLD drivers' licence
• QLD Security Licence – unarmed 
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Available to work on a 4 on 4 off rotational roster (day, nights and weekends)
