Location: Greenwich, NSW
Pay Rate: $28.38 per hour + Superannuation + Shift Loading

About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to join our team in Greenwich, NSW. This role requires full availability across a rotating roster, including both day and night shifts.

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering high-quality security services across a range of operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recurring Scheduled Services:

• Static guarding during operational hours

• After-hours patrols and alarm response

• Access control and visitor management

• Incident reporting and escalation

• Control room operations, including CCTV monitoring

Ad-Hoc & Additional Duties:

• Provide security support for special events, shutdowns, and projects

• Respond to emergency situations (e.g. spills, break-ins)

• Assist with surge requirements during peak periods

• Escort services and temporary access control

• Support threat escalation responses

• Assist with security risk and threat assessments

About You

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• High level of reliability and punctuality

• Experience in control room operations and CCTV monitoring (desirable)

Requirements

• Valid NSW Security Licence

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Full working rights in Australia

• Must be available on a 24/7 rotational roster.

• Eligibility for MSIC clearance
