About The Role

This full‑time position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for providing a strong security presence while remaining alert, observant, and customer‑focused at all times. As part of an enthusiastic and committed team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, contractors, and members of the public, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and directing tenants, contractors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitoring CCTV systems to protect assets and identify potential security risks or breaches
  • Responding effectively to critical incidents and preparing clear, accurate written reports
  • Interacting with key stakeholders, including clients and building management
  • Assisting with administrative tasks when the Site Manager is off duty, as required
  • Managing contractor sign‑in procedures, ensuring valid work permits, work orders, and site inductions are completed and compliant

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Certificate II in Security Operations and a current WA Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous concierge or front‑of‑house security experience
  • Control room experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Full WA Driver’s Licence
