THE ROLE
- Roving and static monitoring of the entire Centre
- Attending to team member and guest incidents
- Attending to first aid requirements
- Assisting with guest enquiries
- Control room monitoring, and
- Issuing and controlling contractor passes
ABOUT YOU
Essential requirements:
- QLD Security Licence to include the following qualifications - Security Officer (unarmed), Crowd Controller and Security Officer (monitoring)
- Current Apply First Aid Certificate with CPR
- QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment
In addition to:
- A genuine willingness and passion to work with people to help and assist
- Excellent customer service experience obtained from a busy guest facing role
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
- A commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to champion a safety culture
- Availability to work a variety of shifts (Monday to Sunday)
