About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to our client based in Hendeson and Perth CBD this is a 4on 4off rotating Nights and Days. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, be the face of MSS Security. Additionally, there are prospects for advancement to a security supervisor position, which will be further elaborated upon during interviews.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection

• Perform screening of all personnel entering premises

• Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary

• Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required

Skills and experience
You must hold a current NV1 clearance for this role

• Must be an Australian citizen

• Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Current WA driver’s license (C- class is preferred)
