About The Role

We are seeking customer‑focused Security Officers to work across Joondalup and Rockingham, including NDIS‑related environments. You will provide a visible security presence while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive setting.

You need to be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role

Key Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct internal and external foot patrols (up to 10 km per day)
• Enforce site rules and by‑laws
• Respond to incidents and complete reports
• Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and NDIS participants
• Protect assets and follow lock‑up procedures
• Respond to first aid enquiries
• Extended periods of standing and sitting

Requirements:

• WA Security Licence
• First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can- do attitude
• Certificate II in Security Operations & WA security license
• Full WA Driver’s License
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
