About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised Marketing & Events Associate to support the delivery of marketing initiatives and professional events that strengthen our brand presence and support commercial growth.

In this role, you will help coordinate conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings while supporting the marketing team with campaign materials, promotional programs, and operational marketing activities. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Sales Leadership, and the broader marketing team to ensure marketing projects and events run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Conference Coordination

· Assist with the planning and logistics of trade shows, conferences, and professional events

· Coordinate event requirements including booth setup, suppliers, freight, and equipment

· Support the organisation of internal sales meetings and training events

· Help prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional assets

· Assist with post-event reporting and tracking of event outcomes

Marketing Collateral & Materials

· Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures and promotional materials

· Work with internal marketing team members and external suppliers to ensure materials are produced on time

· Monitor stock levels of marketing materials and coordinate reprints when required

Sampling & Promotional Programs

· Support the preparation and distribution of product sample packs for marketing and sales activities

· Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials reflect current campaign messaging

Marketing Operations Support

· Assist with the coordination and tracking of marketing initiatives and promotional programs

· Maintain records of marketing spend and assist with budget tracking

· Provide administrative support for marketing projects and reporting



Requirements

· Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

· Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

· Experience in events, marketing coordination, administration, or project support will be highly regarded.

· Strong organisational and project coordination skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· High attention to detail and strong administrative capability

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Comfortable working with suppliers, event organisers, and internal teams

· Basic understanding of marketing operations or event coordination is desirable
