ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting the business by reducing stock loss, managing risk and strengthening operational controls across stores and distribution. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a commercial, data-driven loss prevention strategy that balances strong controls with customer experience and operational efficiency.

This role requires a highly analytical and pragmatic approach, combining investigation capability, stakeholder influence and data-led decision making to drive measurable improvements in shrink, fraud prevention and overall business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead shrink reduction strategy across stores and DC
• Analyse loss drivers and implement countermeasures
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud and serious incidents
• Design and implement LP programs and controls
• Partner with IT on systems and LP technology
• Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years experience in loss prevention, audit or operations
• Proven success reducing shrink in multi-site environments
• Strong investigative capability and judgement
• High commercial acumen
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
