Height Safety Specialist - Brisbane/Mackay QLD

In this specialist role, you will partner with Sales and Service teams to enhance Height Safety service delivery while driving customer satisfaction, sales, and margin growth. You will provide technical expertise during quoting and tenders, support audits and installations (remotely and onsite), and lead installations as required.

A key focus is business development growing Bullivants’ Height Safety presence across the East Coast, initially in Queensland and expanding into NSW and Victoria. As the subject matter expert, you’ll identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and provide best‑practice, compliant Height Safety solutions.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants (Branch Location) Mackay/Brisbane. Given the nature of the role, there will be the requirement for some travel to branches and customer sites across the eastern seaboard. 

What you'll do:

• Support the broader Sales Team with relevant technical requirements to deliver on a compelling offering 
• Provide technical insight to support with finalising quotes and tenders 
• Lead onsite installations as required to support and upskill branch technicians 
• Collaborate with Services Team to provide ongoing technical support for height safety installations. 
• Ensure Height Safety installations are completed within agreed timeframes and to budget 
• Scope new sites for installation of Height Safety systems. 
• Review and audit existing installations to ensure compliance to standards 
• Oversee the rectification and resolution of any non-conformance findings 

What you'll bring:

• Experience with KattSafe, SafetyLink, and 3M systems
• 5+ years’ experience in the Height Safety industry, including sales, installation, and inspection
• 2–3 years’ proven sales experience
• Advanced knowledge of Height Safety systems and their application
• Strong understanding of relevant standards (AS1891, AS5532, AS1657)
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive, forward‑thinking approach to risk and problem mitigation
