The CBD premium venues include the three venues within Sydney Tower; Bar 83, Sydney’s Highest Bar, soaring 83 floors above street level; Skyfeast, a revolving buffet experience feasting on more than 50 international dishes and Infinity, a revolving fine dining experience, 81 levels above Sydney; ESQ, a stylish speakeasy style restaurant and bar set in the beautiful Queen Victoria Building and another CBD premium venue, where history meets modern elegance.
We are excited to be recruiting for the event spaces within these venues. Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our expanding team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Coordinator for the CBD Premium venues. Reporting to the Senior Sales and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and planning process of corporate and social events within the venue operation of the CBD premium venues, ensuring that all events are coordinated and delivered in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
The role is responsible for developing strong, reliable and professional relationships with all clients, internal and external stakeholders, and for the handover of event run sheets to the respective Operations teams by means of participation in weekly meetings.
