We’re looking for a Project Coordinator – Events to support the delivery of engaging brand activations and events. Working closely with our Brand Activation team, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life—from initial brief through to on-the-ground execution.

About the Role
Reporting to the Brand Activation Manager, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of experiential marketing initiatives and events. You’ll work across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, logistics and stakeholders are aligned to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events and experiential marketing campaigns
- Assist in interpreting briefs and coordinating internal teams to deliver project requirements
- Manage project timelines, schedules and key deliverables
- Liaise with internal teams including design, production and operations
- Coordinate suppliers and vendors, including sourcing quotes and managing bookings
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing and financial reconciliation
- Support logistics planning (venues, staffing, equipment, materials)
- Assist with on-site event delivery and troubleshooting
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and support client updates
- Coordinate event staff including recruitment and briefing
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Identify and escalate risks or issues as required
