mlcoa is seeking a Customer Services Officer (CSO)/ Events Coordinator who enjoys being in a dynamic and busy work environment and building strong relationships with both clients and medical specialists. This role combines customer service excellence with stakeholder engagement, supporting both our valued clients and our panel of leading medical specialists.
Reporting to the General Manager South Australia and supervised by the Team Leader, you will play a critical role coordinating medico-legal assessments, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and medical specialists. Additionally, your will play a key role in strengthening relationships with medical specialists through the coordination of educational forums, professional development initiatives and industry events, while also contributing to our high-performing Customer Service team.
