About the role
As Program Manager, you will champion academic quality and student success, mentor teaching teams, strengthen industry relationships, and guide the strategic direction of vibrant and future-focused programs at Bachelor and Masters level. The Events discipline at ICMS is known for its energetic culture, innovative curriculum, and deep links with leading partners across corporate events, festivals, entertainment, hospitality, tourism, and sporting organisations. Graduates are confident, industry-ready professionals with the skills to coordinate and deliver extraordinary event experiences.
This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) based in Manly with optional presence at our Sydney CBD location in Haymarket; part-time and flexible applications will be considered. This role is available for an initial fixed term of two years.

About you
As the successful candidate, you will have PhD or Master’s in a relevant discipline, significant teaching and industry experience in Events Management, demonstrated academic leadership and experience in Higher Education course management, membership of professional associations (optional), strong communication and teamwork skills.
