About the Role

If you’re someone who loves being out and about, working with different teams and making a real impact every day, this is a great opportunity to join our Loss Prevention crew. Our focus is simple: Sell More, Lose Less

You will work as part of a small team, that travels to various stores, assisting with the 100% auditing of all deliveries into the Goods Inwards area.

The SSA team is an important part of the relationship between Loss Prevention and the operations team. Please note that this role will require travel and you will need a current Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.

What you can expect to do:

  • Conduct a 100% physical check on all stock received across South Brisbane sites

  • Conduct a physical check on outgoing stock at our Distribution Centres

  • Coach store teams on Goods Inwards processes

  • Provide feedback to our Merchandising team on unsafe deliveries and supplier related issues

  • Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure accurate delivery of stock

  • Complete relevant SSA administration tasks

  • Work at a different Site every week across the South Brisbane region

  • Be paid to travel between sites where applicable per KM.

Who we're looking for

You’re someone who’s hands‑on, practical and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day. You enjoy physical work, from lifting products to checking stock, and you take pride in getting the details right.

You bring a steady, safety‑minded approach and you’re the type of person who double‑checks things to make sure they’re spot on. You communicate clearly, enjoy working with others and don’t mind switching between different sites and environments.

You'll need

  • Confidence and physical capability to move and handle products safely.

  • A calm, safety‑focused mindset.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Comfortable communicating with a range of people, from store teams to suppliers.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive team culture.

  • Flexibility to travel and work a mix of hours across multiple sites.

  • A current Australian driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.

When you’re ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you’ll need to do is:

  • Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes)

  • If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes)

  • If you’re a match, we’ll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes)

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
