Security Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Solutions Manager to lead the organisation’s enterprise security and emergency management capability. This is a senior strategic and operational leadership role responsible for physical security technologies, systems, innovation, and assurance across all Forensicare sites.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Projects and Infrastructure, you will act as Forensicare’s enterprise authority on physical security and emergency management, ensuring our people, consumers, and facilities remain safe and secure.
You will:
Lead the design and implementation of organisation-wide physical security solutions
Oversee security projects, delivery, and system optimisation
Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to security personnel
Manage security vendors, contracts and investment proposals
Develop enterprise security strategy aligned to organisational priorities
Lead incident and emergency response planning and execution
Provide authoritative security advice to Executives, Board Committees and assurance bodies
Build strong internal and external partnerships and ensure consistent security communication
You bring:
Demonstrated experience in security systems, physical security technologies, or emergency management
Strong project management capability with the ability to deliver complex initiatives
High‑level interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Proven ability to analyse and reform policies, evaluate risk, and implement solutions
Strong written communication skills with experience preparing briefs and recommendations
A values‑driven approach aligned to Respect, Integrity, Accountability and Human Rights
Resilience and the ability to work with sensitive and sometimes confronting content
Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in public policy, legal, security, or human services are advantageous.
