About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Security Officers (Rover) to join our team at a music school site in Sydney CBD (approximately a 10-minute walk from the nearest city train station).

This is a full-time position working across a rotating roster, providing a visible security presence while delivering exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols across campus (both indoor and outdoor areas)

• Lock and unlock buildings and facilities as required

• Assist and direct students, staff, and visitors across the campus

• Respond to incidents and complete detailed incident reports

• Communicate effectively and professionally with key stakeholders

• Manage visitor sign-ins, inductions, and maintain key registers

• Issue and manage key passes

About You:
We are looking for reliable and proactive individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Valid NSW Security Licence

• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner

• High level of reliability, integrity, and commitment to security

• Physical fitness with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
