Loss Prevention Lead
MECCAAs our Loss Prevention Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategies that minimise loss, strengthen compliance, and enable our teams to perform at their best. This is an opportunity to influence business-wide initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and make a meaningful impact across our retail network.
The Role You Could Play:
As the Loss Prevention Lead, you will play a pivotal role in protecting and strengthening MECCA’s business. You will turn insight into action, leading the charge to reduce loss, elevate standards, and build a culture of accountability and awareness across the organisation.
You will champion fraud detection and investigation, uncovering risks and driving smart, proactive solutions
Through sharp analysis and compelling storytelling, you will deliver data led insights that not only track performance but shape confident, future focused decisions
Working closely with Retail, Operations, and external partners, you will build strong relationships that onboard and engage teams to work towards a collective goal of minimising theft, uplift compliance, and create safer environments for our teams and customers
You will lead thoughtful risk assessments, identifying opportunities to strengthen our stores and processes, and turning those opportunities into meaningful, lasting improvements
With a mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement, you will stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh thinking and best practice to ensure MECCA remains a leader in loss prevention
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in Loss Prevention, Profit Protection, or similar retail-focused roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Experience managing investigations and identifying operational risks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset
