The project:
This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the development and delivery of OH and wellbeing strategies, ensuring excellence in clinical, operational and governance standards.
- Provide expert guidance on health surveillance and legislative compliance, driving continual improvement.
- Mentor and support the OH and wellbeing team, strengthening capability and influencing senior leaders across the business.
- Build and manage key client relationships, embedding health standards through data‑led insights.
- Identify and manage significant OH and wellbeing risks through robust programmes and monitoring.
- Collaborate with HSW leadership to deliver strategic priorities and advance responsible, net‑zero‑aligned practices.
You’ll need to have:
- Lead H&S frameworks and provide technical leadership to drive delivery performance.
- Bring strong construction delivery experience, ideally within aviation.
- Offer major programme DP or CMO leadership expertise.
- Demonstrate proven HSE leadership and tier 1 contractor management in integrated supply chain environments.
