About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers to work across Federal Court sites located in Sydney CBD and Parramatta.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role operating between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, offering excellent work-life balance with no weekend or public holiday work.

You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment within court facilities, ensuring all visitors, staff, and stakeholders are supported with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and control access of all visitors entering the court

• Escort visitors, contractors, and stakeholders within the premises

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility

• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents as required

• Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors

• Maintain accurate records and complete incident reports

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

About You:
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a high-security environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Valid NSW Security Licence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of reliability and integrity

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) - willing to get one
