What you’ll contribute to
We are seeking an Event and Administration Coordinator to support the design and delivery of industry‑leading professional development programs across our Dealer network and Regions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating learning initiatives that build capability, lift customer satisfaction, and contribute to dealership profitability and Toyota’s long‑term business success.
This is a permanent full-time role based at Port Melbourne.
How you’ll make an impact
Bring Dealer Professional Development to life by delivering agreed learning processes that support dealer capability and regional performance
Be the key connector—managing the training inbox and coordinating regular meetings with the dealer network and learning suppliers
Partner closely with dealers, suppliers, and internal SMEs to ensure development plans are clearly communicated, understood, and delivered against business priorities
Troubleshoot queries and issues proactively, escalating risks where needed to keep learning programs on track
Maintain accurate records for dealer training chargebacks and associated costs
Ensure all activities are delivered in line with compliance, regulatory, and statutory requirements—protecting Toyota and minimising risk

Experience supporting learning programs, LMS administration, and reporting
Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to translate this into day‑to‑day delivery
Background in a large retail environment (automotive experience highly regarded)
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Toyota dealerships and internal stakeholders
Confident coordinating training events, meetings, and day‑to‑day learning operations
Solid systems capability including Microsoft Office, invoicing, and exposure to SAP, Concur, or Coupa
