• 8hr to 9.5hr day shifts Monday to Friday at North Sydney and 12hr 24/7 rotating shifts at Woollahra

• Free paid training is provided

• Work available between 2 sites - North Sydney and Woollahra

About the role

MSS Security is looking for access control and screening Security Officers to work in a high-profile Government site in North Sydney and
Woollahra. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
This exciting opportunity will have you working D/S at North Sydney or 12 hour rotating shifts at Woollahra.
The successful applicants will undergo paid training including site specific training, Batons and Handcuff and Advanced First Aid.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Access Control

• • Providing high level customer service

• Respond to security risk situations and monitor individuals

• Onsite risk mitigation

• Maintain site logbooks

• Operate walk through metal scanner and X-Ray machines

Skills & experience

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• Vald NSW Security Licence

• Valid First Aid certificate

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to deal with the public in a patient and professional manner and deal with conflict resolution

• Ability to remain alert and focused whilst on duty

• Professional presentation and punctuality

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Checkable background to obtain relevant site clearance
