About the role

MSS Security is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Security Concierge Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Sydney CBD. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

If you enjoy working in a professional setting and interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to secure a Monday to Friday role with weekends free.

Position Details

• Location: Sydney CBD

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Pay Rate: $28.86 per hour + super + shift loading

• Corporate concierge-style security role

• Weekends free

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional front-of-house security presence

• Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff

• Monitor building access and maintain site security

• Assist visitors with directions and general enquiries

• Conduct security patrols and respond to incidents when required

• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

• Work closely with building management and tenants

About You

• Well presented, professional, and approachable

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive

Requirements

• Current NSW Security Licence

• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Full working rights in Australia

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous security or concierge experience (preferred but not essential)
